Any item exported from the UK that is subject to export control needs a license, we are committed o both National and International trade and as in doing so, we respect all trade agreements and regulations including:
- International Traffic in Arms Regulations 2010
- The UK Military List, section 2 of the Export Control Order 2008
While we are happy to talk our clients through the required certification and export licensing requirements for sales that require export control documentation, should we be required to carry out this work on our clients behalf, a fee will be discussed and levied with the client.
