This version of the widely adopted PASGT ballistic helmet; the US Personal Armour System Ground Troops' protection system uses the company's unique advanced processing techniques to provide enhanced shell protection, at lower weight, with an improved comfort factor.

Tetramid®, lower weight, same NIJ ballistic protection

Tetramid® composite armours were introduced after extensive development and trials. Tetramid® composite armour helmets are the most advanced lightweight helmets currently available.

Tetramid ® composites provide NIJ Level IIIA ballistic protection with a 30% weight saving compared to other ballistic fibres such as Kevlar.

Designed and manufactured to the highest international quality control and construction standards, the Tetramid® helmet systems are tough, maintenance free and provide the maximum ballistic protection for the lowest weight.

Improved harness system

The improved harness system not only provides additional comfort, balance and relieves stress fatigue, but only uses 5 bolts as opposed to the normal 8 in the standard US version. The helmet harness also absorbs shock in excess of the standards laid down in EN 397.
