Delivery & Shipping
About our shipping policy
Intelligent Armour Limited aims to ship all items as soon as possible, normally within 12 hours, 48 at weekends if the said item is in stock. If an item is required urgently, please email or telephone for stock availability.
Intelligent Armour Limited does have a vast selection of stock, however, some Blackhawk products might take longer to ship if they are not in stock.
Tracking orders
All shipping is carried out either via CityLink, UPS or Royal Mail. These services use on-line tracking via either CityLink, UPS or Royal Mail websites, with the exception to shipments to BFPO adresses, where items can not be tracked once they enter the military system.
When an order is dispatched, our clients will receive an email from us, stating this fact, along with a tracking number.

Once Intelligent Armour Limited has shipped an order, it is out of our control and we can not guarantee any delivery times etc.
Shipping charges
We ship orders worldwide and offer a standard delivery service or the option of collection from our offices (see for map and directions).
Shipping prices are calculated on weight and country of destination once you enter your address details. All shipping prices include the cost of packing and within the EU, VAT (Tax) is added to the price of shipping.
BFPO shipping is done free of charge
Delivery timescales
For orders of up to a few thousand items, we predict the manufacturing period to be approximately 4 - 6 weeks.
Export orders
Pleased be advised that should an export licence be required; Body armour, ballistic plates and helmets prior to dispatch, the delivery period will be dependant up on the time schedule for the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to produce the licence. This, at present, is approximately 6 weeks.
